Working with Murray & Willis Ltd and our mechanical team, we are overhauling the ground floor and first floor WC's in the Ryder Building at Homeserve headquarters in Walsall. This involves the supply and installation of all new sanitaryware, including, urinals, basins, taps, wall hung pans, hygiene friendly infra red sensor taps and flush sensor buttons in the cubicles. We are installing new suspended LED strip lighting to the main toilet areas, LED spotlights above full height Unisex cubicles, and LED strip lighting to the bulkheads. We will replace existing water heaters, radiators, DOC M Packs, and install new soap dispensors, loo roll dispensors grab rails, and douche sprayers - all in line with the Clients vision to create a stunning, modern, black and white finish. We hope the Homeserve staff have a nice surprise when they return to work in the coming months.

Coventry Building Society Bank Branch Refresh Projects We have initially worked with CBS on a prototype branch to develop the electrical installation ready for the planned roll-out of refurbishments across all branches in 2019-2020. We also managed the mechanical installation including HVAC, plumbing, chlorination and installation of sanitary wear. We were responsible for design, installation and commissioning from tender stage through to handover.
